Orders and Shipping
Our orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
If you need to change your shipping address, please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] as soon as possible. We can update your address as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet.
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track the status of your order directly on the shipping provider’s website. If you haven’t received tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a photo of the damage, and we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address. Please ensure the item is securely packed, and send it to the address we provide.
